Astley Clarke was founded in London by Bec Astley Clarke MBE in 2007, to celebrate design, innovation and colour in fine jewellery. A desire to speak to a new generation of consumers, and propose relevant, quality fine jewellery for the modern woman underpins the brand’s identity and offer. A sense of Britishness is central to Astley Clarke, which stands for irreverence as much as it does excellence. Acute attention to detail is central. Pieces are refined yet easy-to-wear, intelligent and joyful.
Astley Clarke has recently appointed Dominic Jones as Creative Director to build on the growing success of its fine jewellery collections. Jones’ appointment reflects a desire to pursue a modern and progressive strategy, in order to develop the Astley Clarke following and make fine jewellery relevant to a new set of consumers who may have previously felt excluded from the category. The appointment follows a new round of investment in the business led by Carmen Busquets, early investor in Net-a-Porter and Venrex the investors behind Charlotte Tilbury.
Astley Clarke is sold in Selfridges, Liberty, Saks, Neiman Marcus, De Bijenkorf, Tangs, David Jones and Brown Thomas and specialist fine jewellers around the world.
